TEAM LOUNGE is a platform designed to support people working for sports teams and the teams seeking talented staff. It brings job and recruitment information together, helping connect organizations with professionals looking for opportunities to contribute. The service addresses challenges common in sports-team careers: staff may lack agents or a formal transfer market, hiring often depends on personal connections, and limited information can make it difficult to move between sports or levels of competition.

Through TEAM LOUNGE, teams can post vacancies, while staff can browse job opportunities and share their information. Teams can also scout registered candidates, creating another route for potential matches. The platform’s aim is to make career opportunities more accessible and help staff find places where their skills can make a difference. TEAM LOUNGE recognizes that, like athletes, the people who support teams work hard and deserve support themselves. Registration and recruitment information are intended for the site’s stated operating purpose. The service also outlines how personal information is managed and protected.
