Martial Art Concepts (MAC) is a martial arts training organisation with three full-time academies in Halesowen, Dudley and Stourbridge, serving adults and children across the West Midlands. Its welcoming classes cater to beginners and experienced students, with training programmes suited to different ages, abilities and goals. Adult disciplines include Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, Kali, Muay Thai, Combat Submission Wrestling, Cobra Self Defence, karate and boxing.
Children can join Junior Arts classes for ages 6–14 or Kung Fu Cubs for ages 3–5, which use games and drills to support physical development and school readiness. MAC presents martial arts as a way to develop fitness, practical self-protection skills, confidence, respect and discipline, alongside mental and physical wellbeing. The organisation says it has been established for 20 years and offers prospective students a free private lesson to discuss their experience and find a suitable class.
