TEAM 1144 Project Management & Transformational Leadership, in partnership with the Asociación de Industriales de Puerto Rico, offers a comprehensive range of courses and services to help individuals become certified project managers, program managers, and practitioners in the field. The courses, conducted entirely in Spanish, follow the educational roadmap of PM4PRR3©, providing a solid foundation in project management fundamentals, program management, and the design and implementation of a project management office (PMO). The focus is not just on developing expertise in project, program, and portfolio management, but also on becoming a transformative leader through effective project management.

The courses are delivered through a virtual platform, allowing participants to learn at their own pace over a six-week period. Weekly live reviews, held on Tuesdays, offer additional support. The content is tailored to the current reality of Puerto Rico, aligning with the requirements of FEMA, COR3, and CDBG-DR for project proposals, planning, implementation, and closure.

Upon completion of each course, participants have one year to take the professional certification exam. The cost of the first attempt is included in the course fee. Successful certification grants lifelong access, free of charge, to the DPro Plus Platform, providing continuing education opportunities.
