Team4Job

Team4Job is an employment-focused mentoring programme that helps job seekers strengthen their path to work by connecting them with professionally active mentors. Its service is completely free and personalised, matching each participant with a mentor whose experience and knowledge of the job market can support their individual goals. The programme runs for six months, with each duo meeting at least twice a month at the mentor’s workplace. Through these meetings, mentors share practical workplace insight, professional experience and networks, and help mentees with their job search, training opportunities and personal development.

Team4Job also invites professionals to volunteer as mentors, and companies to involve employees in the programme, offering a meaningful way to develop their skills while contributing to its social impact. Organisations and individuals can also become partners or support the initiative. With a presence in Brussels and activities extending to Wallonia, Team4Job aims to boost access to work and foster social cohesion by making professional guidance more accessible to job seekers.
