Aces Baseball is a Western New York baseball development, training, and recruiting program serving aspiring athletes from Western New York and Southern Ontario. Its mission is to provide a higher level of competition and coaching while helping players prepare for future opportunities, including college baseball. The program brings together regional instructors and paid professional coaches, and offers a college athlete placement initiative. More than 150 alumni have gone on to play college baseball, with 10 reaching the professional level.

Aces offers teams, player development, indoor and outdoor practices, league games, tournaments, and tryout evaluations. Program fees include uniforms and, for summer programs, bat bags, cleats, and helmets; members also receive access to a facility for individual training. Younger players can build fundamentals through camps covering throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, and baserunning. The organization also hosts youth baseball and softball events and tournaments. Players, teams, coaches, and families can reserve batting cages, pitching mounds, and fields online, while coaches can book flexible off-season practice time.
