Team BRIT is a motorsport team and a branch of KartForce, created to help drivers facing physical and psychological challenges progress from karting to endurance car racing. Its mission is to change motorsport and lives by supporting, inspiring and motivating people, while showing what can be achieved when barriers to participation are challenged. Through innovation, technology and teamwork, the organisation works to make competitive racing more accessible and inclusive.
A key part of its work is developing and using hand-control technology designed to enable disabled drivers to compete. Team BRIT brings together drivers, crew and supporters, and takes part in races, sharing results and stories from its journey. It also offers routes into the sport through its racing academy, guidance on getting started, karting opportunities and driver safety training. The organisation provides motorsport experiences, publishes news and media, and engages its community through events, a podcast, magazine and fan zone. Visitors can also support the team through sponsorship, donations and its merchandise shop.
