Team Cuba

Team Cuba is a French team-building provider specializing in participatory percussion experiences for businesses. Its workshops are designed to bring colleagues together through music, shared challenges and coordinated performance, supporting communication, listening, responsiveness and team cohesion. The company offers activities for corporate seminars, conventions and other events, with formats for groups ranging from 10 to 1,600 participants.

Its four programs suit different group sizes and event needs. ENERGY’Drums uses colorful drums in a lively, hands-on team challenge for 30 to 300 people. BOOM’Whackers is a short, energetic option for large groups, plenaries and conventions. Stick & Drums combines group percussion and choreography in a powerful, collective performance for 100 to 1,600 participants. TEAM’Working is a coached workshop for smaller teams of 10 to 30, focused on building cooperation and group synergy.

Sessions are available indoors or outdoors, in French, English or Spanish, with durations ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. Team Cuba adapts its programs to clients’ objectives and practical requirements, providing event facilitation, staging and equipment.
