Team Justus Layton

Team Justus Martial Arts is a karate school serving Layton, Utah, and nearby communities. It offers programs for children, teens, and adults, with instruction designed to help students build confidence, focus, discipline, fitness, and practical physical skills. Children can join age-based Kid Champs classes for ages 5–7 or Juniors classes for ages 8–12, while teens have classes structured around their needs and energy. Adult programs welcome people at different experience levels and support goals such as improving fitness, building strength, and learning self-defense.

The school emphasizes step-by-step learning, structured activity, inclusion, and a supportive community. Its instructors aim to guide students at their own pace, creating an environment where participants can challenge themselves and feel they belong. Classes also develop skills such as balance, agility, and coordination. Team Justus offers a summer program and invites prospective students to schedule a trial. Families and adults can contact the school at its Layton location on West Hill Field Road or by phone or email to learn more.
