Team MoLo MS

Team MoLo MS is an inclusive movement and support community that brings together people of all ages and abilities to build connection, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. Its motto, “Motion is Lotion. Progress is Personal,” reflects an approach focused on individual progress and movement at each person’s level. The community welcomes people living with multiple sclerosis or other health and mobility challenges, those supporting loved ones, older adults seeking to stay active, and anyone looking for connection.

Team MoLo MS offers opportunities to move, connect, thrive, and belong. Activities include virtual exercise sessions, chats and classes, adaptive fitness, stretching, seated exercise, group walks, outdoor gatherings, and social outings such as theater and museum visits. The organization also provides access to resources, advocacy, education, and community experiences intended to support confidence, independence, and quality of life. With events and opportunities being developed in Arizona, Minnesota, and Florida, Team MoLo MS encourages people to participate in ways that suit them and to celebrate progress together.
