It provides support and resources for people with permanent physical disabilities and veterans, helping them stay active and healthy. The program offers free lifetime membership, connecting members with services and benefits designed to encourage participation, well-being, and community.

Its offerings include adaptive sports and a Paralympic Training Program, supported by certified para-athlete coaches. Peer mentoring and visitation help members connect with others, while support groups serve people affected by conditions and experiences including amputation, diabetes, head injury, spinal injury, stroke, sickle cell disease, and head and neck cancer.
