Team Survivor San Diego is a community organization that supports female cancer survivors through free fitness programs, friendship, and shared experiences. Its programs are open to women of all ages and fitness levels, including those currently undergoing cancer treatment and those in recovery. The organization combines physical activity with emotional support, helping participants build connections and pursue wellbeing together.

Members can learn dragon boat paddling, whether or not they have paddled before. The team trains for competitions and also enjoys time on the water at Mission Bay. Additional offerings include yoga focused on cancer recovery and back care, as well as online fitness classes delivered over Zoom with real-time, two-way communication. In-person participants are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
