TeamTalk helps businesses and individuals build better conversations at work and beyond. Led by Penny Smith, an autistic workplace coach and mentor, the brand draws on an understanding of different communication styles to support autistic and non-autistic people in navigating workplace interactions.

Its services include bespoke coaching and mentoring for autistic and neurodivergent employees, alongside support for other individuals seeking to strengthen communication. TeamTalk also provides tailored, short-term HR project work, such as policy updates, employee handbooks, compliance checks, recruitment support and job description reviews.

Training courses cover positive feedback, active listening, purposeful meetings, effective communication, conflict prevention and resolution, equality, diversity and inclusion, autism and neurodiversity awareness, and unconscious bias. Sessions can be delivered online or in person, and bespoke courses are available on request.
