Team United MMA

Team United is a family-friendly martial arts and self-defense training facility in Lake Stevens, Washington. Its programs welcome people with varied fitness and experience levels, with instruction focused on practical skills, personal development, and preparing for challenging situations. The gym emphasizes a supportive culture in which students learn from mistakes, challenge one another constructively, and help training partners improve.

Classes include mixed martial arts (MMA), no-gi Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and technical sparring and grappling. MMA fundamentals combine striking, grappling, and takedowns, while kickboxing draws on Muay Thai, traditional kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and boxing. Women’s self-defense training covers self-awareness, de-escalation, and defensive techniques; youth classes pair physical training with personal development. Team United also offers firearm dynamics instruction, including fundamentals and tactical training. Classes are available for different ages, with youth self-defense listed for ages 6–11 and many other classes beginning at age 12 or older.
