Te Anau Motorama is a community car and bike event held in Te Anau, bringing vehicle enthusiasts and families together for a weekend of motoring, entertainment and local hospitality. The 2026 programme begins with a Friday evening cruise on 13 November, departing from the car park beside the RealNZ Fiordland Community Events Centre and finishing at Te Anau Club. On Saturday 14 November, the car and bike show takes place at Te Anau Rugby Grounds, with vehicle set-up from 8:30am, public viewing from 10am to 2pm and prize giving afterwards.
Owners can enter vehicles online or by submitting a downloadable form. Categories include American, Australian, European, Japanese and other unique vehicles, as well as bikes, with trophies and a People’s Choice award. The event offers public admission by gold coin donation, live DJ entertainment, food and coffee vendors, and a cash bar run by Te Anau Rugby Club. Branded Motorama T-shirts are also available to order in children’s and adult sizes.
