TEBEK

Klub Sportowy TEBEK is a Warsaw-based sports club specializing in Olympic taekwondo. It offers training for children and young people, with classes held in Bielany, Praga, Bemowo and Babice. The club says it has been successfully coaching children and youth in Bielany for 30 years, and its programs combine physical activity with the development of sporting skills and character. Training is led by a team of coaches and instructors, including professionals with advanced coaching qualifications and taekwondo ranks.

TEBEK supports athletes taking part in competitions and reports results at national events, while also welcoming newcomers through seasonal enrollment. The club organizes tournaments in Warsaw, including the long-running international Warsaw Cup, which brings together competitors from Poland and abroad. It also runs the Grand Prix Bielan and a holiday taekwondo tournament, with some sporting activities co-funded by the City of Warsaw. Through its training, coaching and events, KS TEBEK provides opportunities for young people to learn taekwondo, develop as athletes and participate in the wider sporting community.
