About Tech Mahindra Foundation
Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, founded in 2006 to fulfill the vision of Empowerment through Education. Operating across 27 locations in India, TMF focuses on creating inclusive opportunities for women and persons with disabilities through impactful initiatives in education and employability. Their flagship programs, including ARISE+ and SMART, enhance learning for children, while also providing essential skills training to youth, making them job-ready in over 15 domains.
TMF embraces themes of women empowerment and disability inclusion, ensuring that at least 10% of its beneficiaries are persons with disabilities and over 50% are women. In addition to education and employability, the foundation prioritizes mental well-being through its Mind@Ease initiative, offering counseling and wellness support. By collaborating with over 90 partners, the foundation positively impacts the lives of countless individuals, fostering a better future for disadvantaged communities across India
