טכנודע חדרה הינו מרכז למצויינות מדעית בו משתתפים מדי שנה ילדים, בני נוער ומבוגרים בפעילות חקר במדע וטכנולוגיה. במרכז הממוקם בשכונת גבעת אולגה סמוך לכביש החוף, נחשפים המדענים הצעירים לעולם המדע והטכנולוגיה באמצעות מפגש עם נושאים מרתקים תוך רכישת מיומנות מעשית בעבודה מעבדתית. "מדעני העתיד" צופים בהדגמות מרתקות להצגת הנושא ולאחר מכן מבצעים סדרת ניסויים בעצמם. הצוות בטכנודע חדרה בעל תארים מתקדמים (לרוב דוקטורים ובעלי תואר שני) וחדורי מוטיבציה לקדם את הדור הצעיר. הטכנודע הוקם ע"י פרויקט שיקום שכונות במטרה להעשיר ולחשוף את ילדי השכונות למדע ולטכנולוגיה. כיום, בעשור השלישי לאחר הקמתו של המרכז, ניתן לומר כי הינו ייחודי בארץ בתחומי עיסוקו, בהיקף פעילותו (כ- 250,000 ביקורים בשנה) ובמיקומו בלב שכונת גבעת אולגה שכונת מצוקה שמתמודדת בעשורים האחרונים עם גלי עליה של עולים מאתיופיה, מקווקז ואוכלוסיות וותיקים מרקע סוציואקונומי נמוך. המפעל החינוכי מהווה סביבת אינטראקציה לילדים המגיעים מרקע שונה: עולים וותיקים, דתיים וחילוניים, ילדים עירוניים וילדי קיבוצים, יהודים וערבים.

About Technoda
Technoda Hadera is an innovative science and technology center located in the Givat Olga neighborhood of Hadera, attracting around 300,000 visitors annually, including children, teenagers, adults, educators, industry, and academia. Established through a neighborhood rehabilitation project, Technoda aims to enrich local youth by exposing them to the fascinating worlds of science and technology.
