TEDxTartu is a brand that organizes events where participants can hear the birth stories of groundbreaking ideas and experience an inspiring atmosphere. Started more than 10 years ago, TEDxTartu is a local TEDx event that follows the TED format and rules. The first event took place in Estonia on February 27, 2010, and since then, more than 15 TEDxTartu events have been organized, including live broadcasts of TED conferences and smaller-scale salon nights.

The brand has created a platform on which over 100 fascinating speakers have shared their stories on various topics such as sustainability, culture, innovation, censorship, and the future. TEDxTartu is passionate about making its events accessible to as many people as possible, by translating speeches to Estonian and designing their webpage to be easily accessible. The conferences are also wheelchair accessible.
