Teenergizer is a youth-led movement bringing together teenagers across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Its mission is to help every young person realize their potential and build a world free from discrimination, including discrimination related to HIV. The organization places particular emphasis on young people’s rights and the full participation of girls.

Teenergizer offers confidential consultations where teenagers can talk with trained peer supporters about what is on their minds. Its counselors emphasize listening and helping young people understand their own situations rather than simply giving advice. The organization also invites young people to join its team and supports its work through donations.

Through its blog and educational materials, Teenergizer shares information on sexual health, safer sex, HIV testing, relationships, and violence, aiming to make practical guidance accessible to young people. The site features resources in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, alongside information about the movement’s work and partners. Based in Kyiv, Teenergizer connects youth support with advocacy and education, helping teenagers find someone to talk to, access useful information, and feel less alone.
