It serves people who want to grow plants, herbs, microgreens, and other greens in limited home spaces, using alternatives to traditional farming methods. The company presents itself as a community of urban farmers and emphasizes affordable, innovative solutions for people of different ages and backgrounds.

Its product range includes the ECO and ECO XL systems, the Tefais Starter Kit, and the Tefais Starter Kit Max, as well as DIY hydroponic equipment. TEFAIS also highlights hydroponics, LED grow lights, and vertical farming among the technologies it uses.
