We manage more than 4,000 homes across South Devon, from Dartmoor National Park to the urban centres of Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish. About Teign Housing
Teign Housing, established in 2004, is a reputable charity and registered landlord with a strong social mission. We proudly own and manage more than 3,700 homes across South Devon, covering a wide range of areas from Dartmoor National Park to urban centers in Teignbridge, the South Hams, East Devon, and Exeter. Our primary goal is to improve the quality of housing services throughout the South West, and we achieve this by investing in our properties and adapting to evolving needs.
We prioritize collaboration with our tenants and partners to create thriving communities and provide opportunities in our local region. At Teign Housing, we offer a comprehensive range of services. These include responsive repairs, gas and heating services, planned maintenance, aids and adaptations, care-taking services, grounds maintenance, and more.
