Teitz

Teitz. de is a motocross training and coaching site for riders who want to understand their motorcycles better and improve their skills on the track. Through its MX Academy, the brand offers motocross training sessions focused on riding technique, motorcycle handling, and safer, more relaxed, and faster riding in off-road conditions.

Coaching is tailored to each participant, with riders grouped according to their ability. Sessions typically begin with an introduction and trainer presentations, followed by practice on selected track sections and obstacles. Riders work on questions such as how to approach corners, use their arms and legs, and improve their jumping technique.

Training also addresses body position and timing, including coordination between the rider, controls, motorcycle, and speed. Concepts and challenges are discussed before being practised, helping participants understand both how to ride and why specific techniques matter. Teitz.
