Tejaswini Samajik Sanstha, also known as Tejaswini Foundation, is a registered charitable trust established on 16 April 2014. The nonprofit works to improve opportunities for underprivileged women and young people in urban and rural communities, with a focus on education, dignity, equality and self-reliance. It collaborates with government bodies, civil society and other organizations to support its programs.

The foundation’s work spans women’s empowerment, education, healthcare and vocational training. Its services include educational support, health-related initiatives, legal aid and guidance for women affected by domestic violence or sexual harassment. It also offers training and workshops in areas such as self-defense, financial literacy and leadership.
