Teknikkvinnor är Sveriges största och snabbast växande nätverk för kvinnor och ickebinära med koppling till teknik med över 33.000 medlemmar. Teknikkvinnor har idag tre nätverk Teknikkvinnor, Teknikkvinnor Chef och Teknikkvinnor Jobb. Utöver nätverken utbildar och modererar, engagerar och motiverar vi individer och organisationer att ta actions. Vi hjälper tekniktunga organisationer med jämställdhet- och inkluderingsarbete. Vi vill förnya spelplanen: det ska vara lika självklart för kvinnor att jobba med teknik, som det är för män. Vi övertygade om att vi behöver jämna ut könsfördelningen på maktpositioner, inte bara i teknikvärlden utan i hela näringslivet. Vi vill helt enkelt placera fler kvinnor på stolar där de har makt att påverka, med målet att göra teknikbranscherna mer jämställda, innovativa och lönsamma. Teknikkvinnor is a Swedish network and advisory organization working to advance gender equality and inclusion in the technology sector. It runs one of Sweden’s largest communities for women and non-binary people in technology, with more than 32,900 members. The private network gives people a place to seek advice, encouragement and practical tips about studying or building a career in technology.
For companies, Teknikkvinnor provides expertise and services to turn equality goals into practical, lasting change. Its offerings include lectures on gender equality, diversity and inclusion; support with fairer recruitment and attracting talent; DEIB strategy, action planning, measurement and training; and awareness-raising workshops and coaching conversations. The organization also helps employers connect with its network to gather insights, reach relevant technical talent and build relationships.
Teknikkvinnor’s approach emphasizes inclusion as well as representation, linking an equitable workplace with an organization’s capacity for innovation and business success. The organization has announced that it is joining forces with the nonprofit Pepp, with Amalia Berglöf taking the role of CEO.
