TeknologiaUra - Tulevaisuus Teknologiateollisuudessa. Tutkimusten mukaan työvoiman saatavuus on kasvun este nro 1 teknologia-alan yrityksissä. Tavoitteemme on kannustaa nuoria rakentamaan koulutus- ja urapolkuja kykyjensä sekä mielenkiinnon kohteidensa mukaisesti, jotta työ ja urasuunta löytyisivät teknologiateollisuudesta. Tehtävämme on tuoda mahdollisuuksia, vaihtoehtoja sekä alan yrityksiä yhteen nuorten kanssa. Tällä tavalla mahdollistamme työvoiman saannin myös tulevaisuudessa teknologia-alan yrityksissä. TeknologiaUra 2020 järjestetään Tampereen nuorkauppakamari Ry:n toimesta.

About TeknologiaUra
TeknologiaUra is an annual event held at Tampere-talo, aimed at middle school and high school students. This event brings together industry professionals, companies, educational institutions, and students. Its mission is to inspire young individuals to pursue a career in the technology field and broaden their understanding of the various opportunities available in the industry.
The main goal of TeknologiaUra is to address the growing challenge of workforce availability in the technology sector, which is identified as the number one barrier to growth for technology companies. The event aims to encourage young people to build educational and career paths based on their abilities and interests. TeknologiaUra provides young individuals with the opportunity to explore exciting job opportunities and companies in the field, as well as discover potential educational options to help them shape their career paths.
The participation of companies and partners greatly contributes to creating a strong image of Tampere as a technology hub and the Silicon Valley of Finland
