Telari is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training brand serving Marietta and East Cobb, as well as Dunwoody, in the Atlanta area. Its approach centers on training with purpose and developing composure, precision, and a steady foundation both on and off the mat. The school highlights three core areas of practice: guard retention, pins and escapes, and base, including posture, balance, and weight. These fundamentals guide a focused training environment built around awareness, commitment, and control under pressure.

Telari offers adult and kids’ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs, along with no-gi classes, competition training, and private instruction. Students can use the weekly schedule to find classes that fit their availability, and the team says it will help new participants choose a suitable class based on their experience and goals. A first class is free, with no pressure or contract. Telari also provides membership options intended to support consistent training. Its instructors emphasize clear guidance and an experienced presence, while the academies share one training standard across locations.
