About TelComm Credit Union
TelComm Credit Union, originally chartered in June 1940 as the Springfield Telephone Employees Credit Union, provides high-quality financial services to its members. Founded by Harry Duewel, a Southwestern Bell employee who recognized the importance of on-site financial services for telephone employees and their families, TelComm strives to embody the credit union philosophy of people helping people. Over the years, TelComm has expanded its membership by incorporating other credit unions such as Syntex, Springday, the News-Leader, and most recently, Springfield Catholic Credit Union.
