People can call 106 at any time, day or night, throughout the week. For those who prefer to write, chat is available every evening and on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons. Conversations provide a space to share feelings and experiences with a listener who responds with openness, interest and respect. Tele-Onthaal also invites people to become volunteers, contributing their listening skills to support others.
