Telesenior provides 24/7 teleassistance in Romania for older adults and people with disabilities or health concerns, helping them live more safely and independently at home. Its wearable pendant connects users to a Romanian-speaking assistance center with a press of the SOS button; trained operators assess alerts and can contact family members, caregivers, a family doctor, ambulance services or firefighters as needed. The equipment requires no installation and includes GPS location, low-battery alerts and two-way calling features.

Telesenior offers two monthly plans: Essential, for basic safety support, and Assist, which adds automatic fall detection, alerts when a user leaves a designated area, and access to a family mobile app or web platform. The service is designed for people who live alone or may face mobility limitations, chronic illness, cognitive difficulties, frequent falls or social isolation. Telesenior also operates the “Grijă pentru Toți” solidarity fund, directing a portion of paid subscriptions toward free assistance for eligible seniors who cannot afford a plan
