Tellermate Ltd provides cash-counting technology designed to help businesses manage and monitor cash processes. Its Tellermate Touch is a cash counter with an associated cloud-based application, Tellermate Touch Viewer, giving users access to count data both on-site and remotely. The service can be accessed from a PC, tablet or mobile device.

Tellermate Touch can transmit count data to the secure cloud with one click. Through the Viewer, users can review team activity and check whether cash processes are being followed. The platform also offers an overview of cash tasks across an organisation’s locations and instant alerts that help users see how much was counted at a particular store on a given day.

Tellermate Touch Viewer accounts are available for free registration to people who have a Tellermate Touch. Together, the cash counter and online viewer provide a way to collect, access and review cash-count information across teams and stores, supporting greater visibility into cash-handling activity.
