Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride is an upcoming luxury hospitality and residential development in Mountain Village, Colorado, set amid the San Juan Mountains and the Box Canyon. The project spans more than four acres and is planned to include 52 hotel rooms, 43 Hotel Residences, and 26 Private Residences. Designed by Olson Kundig, with interiors by Clements Design, it aims to pair contemporary mountain living with Four Seasons’ signature service and comfort.

The property will offer Private Residences, Hotel Residences, and penthouses. Private Residence owners can personalize their interiors and receive tailored services. Hotel Residence owners will have the option to join the Hotel Rental Program, and both residence types will have access to the property’s amenities and dedicated service team. Planned facilities and activities include ski valet service, private ski lockers, mountain bikes, and fishing equipment, alongside restaurants, bars, lounges, and retail outlets. With offerings for winter sports and warmer-season adventures, the development is designed for year-round living and hospitality.
