About Tell Us North CIC
Tell Us North CIC is a community interest company (CIC) based in the North East of England. With a vision to improve health and social care services through user views, Tell Us North is dedicated to demonstrating the impact of user feedback on service improvement. They offer a range of practical services, support, and advice to facilitate this process.
Tell Us North collaborates with local communities to influence and enhance the quality of health, wellbeing, and social care services. Their areas of expertise include community engagement, research, evaluation, and assessment within the fields of health and social care. They also provide training and skill development opportunities for volunteers and the wider community.
In addition, Tell Us North runs information, signposting, and advice services to inform the public about local health and social care services. Notably, they oversee Healthwatch Newcastle and Healthwatch Gateshead, which actively engage with local communities and work towards improving social care and health services by ensuring the voices of the community are heard
