With an impressive 40 years of experience as an actor, director, and educator, Gro Ann Uthaug is also a skilled mentor who guides course instructors in enhancing their interaction with audiences. Tema Teater has an extensive repertoire, having created over 25 shows throughout the years.

In March 2020, the brand launched the Poesibloggen on YouTube, providing a platform to showcase beautiful poetry during the country's lockdown due to Covid-19. In September 2022, Tema Teater established Teaterskolen Gjøvik, a theater school at Hunn farm in Gjøvik. Gro Ann Uthaug is widely recognized for her captivating monologues, particularly those about Camilla Collett and Mary Wollstonecraft.

She has also directed numerous musicals and plays, large and small. Now, in addition to her freelance work, Gro Ann is determined to further develop both the Poesibloggen and Teaterskolen.
