Tembol operates as a hybrid studio, combining collaboration and strategy to identify and clarify institutional values.

Led by a talented team including founding partner & studio director Luis Tuto González, partner & strategy director Rima Ibrahim Abufarah, partner & design director Ramdwin González, and project coordinator Natalia Muñoz, Tembol consults, thinks, and executes to deliver exceptional results. In addition to their core team, Tembol collaborates with a diverse roster of friends and partners, including talented individuals in motion graphics, design and editorial, photo and video, audio design, and woodworking.
