TemplateManager365 is a free email template management add-in for Microsoft Outlook, created by Microsoft 365 software company Sol Inventum OÜ. It helps individuals and teams save time and maintain consistent messaging by creating, organizing, and reusing email templates directly from Outlook. Users can store templates in their personal mailbox or share them through Microsoft 365 Groups, with access across supported Windows, Mac, and web versions of Outlook.

The add-in supports rich formatting, tables, signatures, inline images, and attachments, and lets users insert snippets rather than entire messages. Templates can be organized into folders and subfolders, and there are no product-imposed limits on template counts or formatting; Microsoft 365 mailbox or group storage limits still apply. Because personal templates remain in the user’s own mailbox, the company says it does not read them or send them to its servers. TemplateManager365 is available through Microsoft Add-Ins and is free for personal and team use, including commercial use.
