Temple Aliyah is a dynamic and inclusive Conservative synagogue located in Needham, MA. Established in 1964 by a dedicated group of families, we have grown to include over 400 member families from various communities in the greater Boston area, as well as from New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Our warm and inviting atmosphere, under the guidance of Rabbi Leslie Gordon and Cantor Jamie Gloth, encourages members to enrich their Jewish lives, enhance their Jewish identities, and engage in lifelong learning.

At Temple Aliyah, we offer a range of spiritual, educational, and social action programs that embody the values of Conservative Judaism and emphasize the importance of Torah and mitzvot. Our services include Shabbat and Youth Services, Minyanim, and Virtual Services. We also provide opportunities for learning through programs such as Gan Aliyah Preschool, Mercaz Aliyah (K-7), Bar/Bat Mitzvah preparation, and Adult Education classes.

As a community, we support the broader Jewish community, Israel, and Jews worldwide. Through our Social Action initiatives, we welcome the stranger, care for those in need through Hesed (Caring), and promote mental health awareness. We also offer various community groups for Temple Tots, Mishpacha Aliyah (Young Families), Sisterhood, Men's Club, and Staying Connected (55+).
