In addition to showcasing their own collections, Temple Studio encourages the design community to break free from conventional patterns and explore new creative possibilities. Temple Studio strives to foster a community of artists who inspire and support each other, all while aiming to ignite creativity in their clients through innovative design. Their rugs are meticulously crafted by mill partners in India, China, Mexico, The Philippines, and Nepal. These small-scale production facilities prioritize fair wages and healthy working conditions for their workers.

Each custom rug is a labor of love, taking anywhere from 12 weeks to 1 year to create, with constant communication between Temple Studio and their partners being the key to successful collaborations. The small but passionate team at Temple Studio believes in the power of good design and creates in a thoughtful and inclusive work environment. Led by co-founders Kate Temple Reynolds and Amarlies Gonzalez, Temple Studio is a place where designers, makers, listeners, thinkers, and friends come together to bring their innovative ideas to life.

Their stunning showroom, located in a historic 1907 Chicago School skyscraper in New York City, was thoughtfully designed by renowned artist Doug Meyer.
