They have a passionate team behind their operations, with Karen's son Scott Dougherty as the Assistant Brewer and Bob and Joanne's daughter Meghan as the Brand Manager. The Head Brewer, Matt Nitchke, adds his award-winning expertise to the team. Ten7 Brewing's story began with home brewing, which eventually led them to explore the craft beer world.
