TENEC is a Russian-language online forum that combines discussion boards with a marketplace for goods and services. Its sections cover forum rules, announcements, advertising, user support, and community news, alongside listings posted by individual vendors. Marketplace categories include documents and identification materials, bank cards and digital wallets, account sales, electronic currency exchange, business and financial services, data, and information-search services.

The forum also displays listings involving cybersecurity, communications, and other specialized services. Some posts carry a “verified” label, and the site describes a guarantor service that acts as an intermediary in online transactions to help protect buyers and sellers. TENEC provides a range of discussion and advertising areas, with extensive recent activity and many user-submitted topics.

The scraped content includes offers concerning potentially unlawful goods and services, so the site should not be understood as a conventional retail brand or as independently validating the claims made by its advertisers
