TC Blau-Weiß Papenburg am Obenende e.V. is a tennis club in Papenburg, Germany, founded in 1987 as a subdivision of football club Amisia 09. It became an independent association after about six months, and play began in summer 1988 on three courts. The facility later expanded with four additional courts and a practice court in 1990, followed by a purpose-built clubhouse in 1992.

The club aims to make tennis accessible to a broad community while also supporting competitive play. It describes moderate membership fees, a family-friendly club atmosphere and committed youth development as central values. Its activities include tennis training, junior programmes and regional team matches, with match information shared through the nuLiga system. The club also hosts events and competitions, including the AXA-CUP, tennis camps and tournaments for young players. Members and visitors can find information about the tennis facilities, clubhouse, court booking rules, teams, training and club contacts through the club’s website. TC Blau-Weiß Papenburg brings together recreational and competitive tennis in a community-focused setting.
