Tennis Austin is a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing tennis across Central Texas. Serving the Greater Austin area, it works to expand access to the sport and encourage lifelong participation through leagues, tournaments, events, education, and community partnerships.

Its adult and senior league programs connect local players, with more than 7,500 Austin-area participants taking part in USTA leagues each year. Tennis Austin also offers adult and junior tournaments, including the Tennis Austin Grand Prix Junior Tour, and supports Junior Team Tennis for players at a range of levels. Resources help players and captains find teams, navigate league play, and get started or return to tennis.

Beyond competition, the organization promotes youth pathways and community impact through outreach, scholarships, volunteer opportunities, and initiatives such as its “Let’s Grow Tennis” grant program and Rally for Court Access. Tennis Austin also hosts annual events, including its meeting and awards celebration, and shares information about local clubs, facilities, and courts.
