Nelli

Tennis Nepa provides private and group tennis coaching in Helsinki, led by coach Nelli Lius. Her approach focuses on creating a supportive, motivating environment for players, particularly adults balancing training with busy schedules. With a competitive career that began at age seven in Keuruu, continued at NCAA level at Lander University in the United States, and included international tournaments across Europe, Lius brings extensive playing experience to her coaching.

Individual lessons are tailored to each player’s level, background, and goals. Sessions can focus on technique, shot selection, coordination, court movement, or specific strokes, with a pace suited to the player. Coaching is available for individuals, small groups, and companies; balls, VAT, and a loan racket when requested are included in lesson prices, while court fees are separate.

Tennis Nepa also offers weekly group training in a consistent, encouraging setting with players of similar ability. Sessions cover strokes, movement, and match situations through themed drills and game practice.
