Tennis Club du Vexin-Thelle is a rural tennis club serving the community around Tourly and Chaumont-en-Vexin in the Oise region of France. Founded in 1981 by Michel Foucré, it has grown from a single garden court into a club with three covered courts, including facilities in Tourly and Énencourt-le-Sec. The club has around 300 members and welcomes more than 120 young people through its tennis school.
