The coaching process begins with a free, no-obligation consultation to understand each client’s goals, needs and current level. Trainers then assess strengths and areas for improvement, create a tailored plan, and use focused exercises and technique work during training. Progress is monitored regularly, with plans adjusted when needed. The company emphasizes individual attention, ongoing development and helping each client reach their full potential. Customers can also visit its online shop or contact the team to arrange a session or trial training.
