Tenshin Aikido

Tenshin Global Aikido Auckland offers practical Aikido training focused on self-defence, awareness, and confidence. Adult classes welcome participants from teenagers upwards and are tailored to suit individual levels. Children can begin at around five or six years old, learning basic movements and skills alongside the routines and discipline of martial arts. Tenshin Aikido also provides dedicated weapons classes, where students practise control and defence in relation to various weapons and self-defence scenarios.
