TenTigers Martial Arts is a martial arts school in Woodland Hills, California, focused on helping children develop confidence, discipline, focus and practical self-defense skills. Its classes combine Taekwondo and grappling, including instruction in stand-up striking and foundational grappling techniques. The school also emphasizes life skills such as commitment and self-assertiveness, and addresses anti-bullying as part of its approach.
Programs are organized by age: Ninja classes for children ages four to five, Samurai for ages five and a half to seven, Shoguns for ages eight to eleven, and Young Adults for ages twelve to seventeen. Families who are new to martial arts or considering a new school can try one class free, with no commitment or contract required. TenTigers invites prospective students to experience a class and decide whether the program is a good fit.
The school lists more than 30 years of experience and is located at 22900 Ventura Boulevard. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings, and Saturday mornings and early afternoons.
