Teo Esportes is a sports coaching and training organization based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, focused on helping athletes progress through purposeful, structured preparation. With 20 years of experience and a community of more than 20,000 athletes, it combines coaching, its proprietary 3PC methodology, and peer support to develop each athlete beyond a generic training plan. Programs cover running, trail running, triathlon, and swimming, and are designed around individual goals and progression.

Athletes receive ongoing guidance through the Teo Esportes app, which provides weekly monitoring, training-cycle adjustments, direct feedback from coaches, and access to a race calendar. The organization says its team includes 15 specialized coaches, many of whom are also athletes. Its physical training space, Espaço Pacto Teo Esportes, includes a reception area, café, lockers, changing rooms, recovery facilities, and ice baths.
