Terapiakeskus Action

Terapiakeskus Action Oy is a Finnish therapy and rehabilitation provider serving children, young people and adults across Satakunta, Southwest Finland and Päijät-Häme. With offices in Rauma, Nousiainen and Lahti, the organisation also offers services in clients’ everyday environments and remotely, depending on individual needs.

Its services include occupational therapy to strengthen daily living skills, participation and functional ability; sensory integration therapy (SI therapy) to support the processing of sensory information; and sensorimotor coaching to develop coordination between the body, brain and nervous system. Neuropsychiatric coaching offers practical support with everyday management, executive functioning and social situations. The centre also provides psychotherapy to support understanding thoughts, feelings and behaviour; psychotherapy periods delivered by a psychotherapy student are available by enquiry.

Rehabilitation is planned around each client’s goals, strengths and circumstances, in collaboration with the client, family and relevant partners. The team works with families, schools, early childhood education, workplaces and other everyday support networks.
