PhDr. Lucie Rothanzlová provides psychosocial therapy and counselling in Prague’s Vinohrady district, with in-person and online appointments. Her services include individual and couples therapy, as well as consultations and education on sexuality, intimacy, relationships and parenting.

She welcomes people seeking support through difficult life situations, personal change or a need to clarify their thoughts, and aims to offer a safe, respectful, non-judgmental setting. Sessions use a systemic therapy approach, in which guided conversation helps clients identify solutions suited to their needs. Topics may include relationship and family difficulties, sexuality, confidence, anxiety, stress, grief, work overload, life transitions and setting personal boundaries.

Her sexuality-related support is available to people with disabilities and older adults, and includes LGBTQ+ topics. Rothanzlová is a psychosocial therapist, sexuality and relationship consultant, and social worker, with experience in helping professions since 2006 and training in education, social work, psychotherapy and crisis intervention. Individual and sexuality consultations cost CZK 1,400 for 50 minutes; couples sessions cost CZK 1,600.
