Teresina Perseu

Perseu Consultancy provides income management, coaching and training, with a special focus on people affected by psychiatric conditions and those facing difficulties across several areas of life. Its work combines practical financial support with guidance intended to help individuals regain stability and manage their circumstances.

Services include voluntary social and financial assistance, financial-behaviour coaching for individuals and groups, and legal representation. The latter covers curatorship, administration and mentorship, roles appointed by a district court and governed by law. For people dealing with debt, Perseu Consultancy helps identify a suitable support pathway and offers training on managing debts independently, alongside a debt-focused working group.

The consultancy also shares knowledge with professionals and generalists who support people in debt, aiming to strengthen the quality of assistance and help more people access informed support. Group work, including the “Back in Your Strength” programme, is intended to encourage personal growth and healthier financial behaviour, though this offering is still in development.
